This Refund Policy applies to all physical products sold by Sibyos Enterprises LLC ("SIBYOS," "we," "us," or "our") through the sibyos.com website and confirmed via WhatsApp or email.
Because orders are finalized manually through WhatsApp or email, please review product details, quantity, and price carefully before confirming your order.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and standard return terms below will apply.
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the product is:
To start a return or exchange, please message us on WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective, as such items will be identified at the time of order.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, SIBYOS will cover return shipping costs.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, or as otherwise agreed with the customer.
